   Automatic Pick-up customer information from database (when report needs to be sent to customer, KMS will extract information of customer's fax number of email address instead of users' manual inputting, and support the modification from users.)
   Automatic sending mail or fax (to send a fax or mail, what users need to do is only to press “send” in the system, then KMS will finish all the rest.)
   All sending record history reserved and easy to know (every time KMS sends message or report, record will be issued automatically for the inquiry from users, and KMS support resending in quantity)
